With TREEHOUSE, we hope to re-introduce what has been lost – a sense of connection with the nature of life – to be “One with Nature.”

TREEHOUSE has been created as a modern, technology and chef-driven restaurant acutely focused on quality.

Grounded in healthy eating it’s a refreshing introduction to the future of dining: sustainable, ethical, modern and fast. From this holistic approach you’ll find lead-free eco-cement, reclaimed wood, 100% recycled plastic furniture, composting, seasonal certified organic nutritious produce and more. Expect a feature from some well-loved Christian signatures locally sourced and organic as possible.

As a fast-casual venue, the food will be made to order and ready within moments to take-away or dine-in. In the spirit of healthy eating, TREEHOUSE will offer both gluten-free and raw options among other allergy free options.

The menu is completely unprocessed, serving only whole foods free from preservatives, refined sugars, artificial sweeteners, food dyes, trans-fats, soy-isolates, bleached flour and more.

TREEHOUSE is a flagship destination built around the theme of being “One with Nature”– an uplifting space to help us reconnect with nature and flourish as we live in this moment. Through nourishing food and a mindful environment, TREEHOUSE is a gentle reminder that change starts with us.

Burgers

Plant based burgers are here to stay! And what makes our unique are the recipes. We only use whole plant based recipes to make our patties. No faux meats here.

And did we mention the bun is also made from sourdough?

  • Founder

Upon graduating from the famous Institut Paul Bocuse he worked for Michelin three-star Chef Alain Ducasse before he embarked on a journey back to his birthplace to bring his passion for healthy food and balanced nutrition. While experimenting with a plant-based diet to enhance his performance as a competitive rower, Christian realised the crucial role of food in building strength and resilience. Armed with this realisation, he became passionate about sharing his accumulated knowledge of plant-based food and its role in healing the mind and body to support a vibrant life which has allowed him to become widely recognised as one of the visionaries behind the plant-based movement in Hong Kong.He has since developed TREEHOUSE not only as a catalyst for mindful eating and sustainability, but as a way to healthfully connect us with each other and this beautiful planet.
